為將各種工業(yè)爐窯的余熱回收，本公司在成功占領(lǐng)炭素回轉(zhuǎn)窯余熱鍋爐市場的基礎(chǔ)上，與清華大學(xué)熱能工程系共同開發(fā)出水泥窯、煉鋅回轉(zhuǎn)窯、玻璃窯和鋼鐵、化工、陶瓷等余熱鍋爐以及燃用低熱值工業(yè)尾氣余熱鍋爐。該系列鍋爐具有良好的負(fù)荷適應(yīng)性能，并充分考慮了爐窯煙氣或高溫、或腐蝕、或磨損量大的特性。對于不粘結(jié)或潔凈煙氣，在余熱鍋爐低溫段，采用本公司與河南省賽福爾科技有限公司共同研發(fā)的整體性螺旋翅片管，具有耐磨、換熱強(qiáng)、壽命長的顯著優(yōu)點，在有限的空間內(nèi)，能回收更多的熱量?；厥盏挠酂峥僧a(chǎn)生熱水、熱風(fēng)、蒸汽，可供生活、工業(yè)及發(fā)電使用。

With the successful experience in the market, we together with Tsinghua University have developed industrial waste heat recovery boiler widely used for low heat value flue gas recovery in the fields of cement kiln, zinc rotary kin, glass kiln and steel,chemicals, ceramics ete. This series boiler has good load adaptability fully considered high temperature of fue gas or corrosion,serious abrasion. For non-bonding or clean flue gas, overall spiral finned tubes developed with Henan Sai Fuer Technology Co., Ltd.are used in the low temperature section of boiler. Wearing resistance, good heat exchange, long service life, more waste heat recovery in the limited space are all its significant advantages . Hot water, hot air, stcam produced by the heat recovery can be used for daily life and industrial power generation.
